The following pictures and captions present an overview of the reason(s) behind the testing of KF-aby in Taiwan.

“This is just too big a tragedy for the Government to face up to.  No one can handle it, so as a result, the best strategy is just to cover it up.”  YANG Chao-Yueh, Professor at National Taiwan University.  “China news, 05-31-98”

This highly contaminated apartment is empty, and is not supposed to be sold.  With KF-αβγ, it might be returned to habitable conditions.

This contaminated building in Taipei, Taiwan is still dangerous for tenants.  Placement of a KF-αβγ layer would reduce it from 44 to 0.35 µSv/hr.

The rebar is the source of radiation from CO 60. This is the strong y-ray emitter with Z=27, T˝ = 5.3 years, Ey  = 1.17 + 1.33 MeV.
